Drakelow Hub is an independent community information service.

It is not the website of East Staffordshire Borough Council, Derbyshire County Council, a parish council, the Environment Agency, a transport operator or any venue or business listed here.

Accuracy and changes

We try to keep local information useful and current, but events, opening hours, roadworks, transport, prices and other details can change without notice. Where a decision matters, check the linked organiser, venue, operator or official source before travelling, booking or relying on the information.

Events and business listings

Listings are provided for local information and do not amount to an endorsement, recommendation, partnership or guarantee. Community submissions are moderated before publication, but responsibility for the event, service, transaction and claims made by the organiser or business remains with that organiser or business.

If you spot a listing that is inaccurate, unsafe, no longer operating or should be removed, contact hello@drakelowhub.co.uk.

Travel, fuel and live data

Fuel prices, roadworks, journey times, train departures, bus information and other live feeds are supplied or derived from third-party data. They are provided as a convenience and can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Always follow road signs, operator announcements and official travel advice.

River and flood information

River levels and flood alerts use Environment Agency data. A river gauge reading is not a prediction that a particular road, home or property will or will not flood. For safety decisions, use the official flood service and emergency advice. If there is an immediate danger to life, call 999.

Health, safety and professional advice

Nothing on Drakelow Hub is medical, legal, financial, emergency or other professional advice. Information about walks, cycling, attractions and activities should be checked against current conditions and the official operator before setting out.

Submitting content

By submitting an event, business listing, photograph or description, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it and that Drakelow Hub may store, edit for house style and publish the submitted public information for the purpose of operating the local guide. You must not submit material that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing or that exposes another person’s private information without authority.

You keep ownership of material you submit. You give Drakelow Hub a non-exclusive permission to display and adapt that material as reasonably necessary for the listing. You can ask for a submitted listing or photograph to be corrected or removed.

Copyright

Original material on Drakelow Hub may be protected by applicable copyright law. Third-party names, trademarks, photographs and source material remain the property of their respective owners. Short factual summaries and links do not transfer ownership of the original source material to Drakelow Hub.
