South Derbyshire is considering application DMPA/2026/1022 for six buildings containing 15 employment units at the former Drakelow Power Station site. The application covers access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping for B2 and B8 uses.
The application was validated in August 2026 and remains under consideration. It sits within the wider redevelopment of the former power station site.
